If something looks too good to be true, there may have been a error with quantity or pricing, We reserve the right to cancel orders if this does happen, we will let you know within 2 business days.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item.)
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will offer NO REFUND under any circumstances on any used item. A used item will also include an item which has been removed from the packaging regardless of whether or not the product was used. AHE will not refund on a product that has been toned or coloured resulting in an undesirable effect or hair condition. The hair can be coloured at the buyers risk and We will not be held accountable for results.
Where a product has not been used AHE will offer a full refund, however the customer will bear any additional postage costs. Returns must be received within 1 month from the initial purchase.
In the event that an item is received damaged or faulty the buyer must contact us or return the product within 7 business days.

AHE only ships through Australia Post, Depending on what shipping method is chosen it can take up to 10 business days to receive.

Where the customer wishes to exchange a product for whatever reason, for example, incorrect size or colour, and the item is not used, AHE will exchange the goods as requested, however the customer will bear all additional postage costs. Returned products for exchange must be received back at AHE Store within 2 weeks of the intitial purchase.
Any exchange made may only be once. Further exchanges will be subject to a service fee of A$20.
Terms and Conditions
Where a customer makes a purchase and the merchandise is unavailable, for any reason, AHE will notify the customer within two working days of the order being placed and arrange either: exchange merchandise of equal value; or, advise the customer of the estimated time of arrival of the merchandise purchased. In the event that there is an undue delay or a suitable exchange item is not available will refund the purchase price.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all contact details are correct and that you use accurate spelling.
AHE does not warrant by acceptance of your information that it is correct, this responsibility rests with the user.
In the event that the customer believes that a payment was made either mistakenly or improperly, AHE may, at its discretion, void, rescind or issue a credit for your merchandise payment.
